Warm weather in the air :)

So it's been a busy but fun week, we went to the zoo with are favorite people Ace and Tracy oh and not to forget Dax, we painted the chicken coop, had a little green man make a mess of the house...... he even changed the milk green, and we got 2 new baby chicks. So much fun of course someone had to take a nap :) The kiddos and i planted a new tree which they have checked everyday to see if it has grown. And yesterday we had a record high of 87 degrees, highest ever on record for michigan since 1880 thats crazy!! We have a great week and enjoy this amazing march weather!

So got up early this morning so we could attend the American Heart Assoc. Breakfast, where devon got to make a speech in front of a bunch of hospital big wigs in hopes to create more donations, and i have to say i was so proud of him. Now i am not a great public speaker myself so i know its not easy but he got up there and did great! So be prepared Oct 13, 2012 Heart Walk plan to attend :)

It's coming :)

So it finally happened...... we hit 60 degrees outside. Feels like it has been forever, even though we had a super easy winter this year. The chickens were loving every minute of being outside, although polish the one with the crazy hair, well she's not the smartest chicken in the coop, she usually just makes the other girls annoyed we just laugh. Here's to more spring weather.

So we celebrated the boys birthdays this weekend with family even though hudsons isn't until the 9th, and i still can't believe devon turned 12 man how far we have come. Which also means new toys to make room for, time to go through those. Here's to a great week :)
